All of us are our construction company
Each project is comprised of a specialized technical and operations team on site and in areas of administration and control, providing services in operations, prevention, human resources, finance, legal and marketing.
We work on a matrix structure that guarantees the DESCO brand on all of our projects regardless of their nature or location.
It is our wish to continue making a difference in the industry with a solid team and an in-house career growth initiative which is why we prioritize training programs and special attention for our collaborators.
Our story
We have lived through a world war, various economic crises and many earthquakes of magnitude 7 and higher on the Richter scale. We have influenced the design of entire cities and neighborhoods in different regions throughout the country.
