CIRCULAR CONSTRUCTION

CONSTRUCTION AND DEMOLITION WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN (CDW)

In our constant commitment to improve our processes and care for the environment, we have developed the Construction and Demolition Waste Management Plan (RCD).

This plan is applicable to all Desco works, in all the stages involved in a construction project.  In addition, it is applicable to all company personnel involved in the projects, since the success of waste management is the result of the organization’s commitment and has scope in the social, environmental and economic fields.

WHERE ARE WE TODAY?

To advance in the environmental sustainability of the company, through the creation of an operational framework (CDW Management Plan) for the correct management of waste in the organization.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

1. Assign roles and responsibilities in the organization for the management of CDW.

2. Generate a training and involvement plan for field managers and supervisors in separation of materials, in addition to training for site personnel.

3. Generate a standardized field operation plan for Desco works that identifies the types of waste that will be generated in the different stages of the project (site installation – rough work and terminations), generating disposal points for better, faster and more timely management.
